Refund and Returns Policy

At Dipan Herbals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in delivering high-quality herbal products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.

By placing an order on https://dipanherbals.in, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of herbal and personal care products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with tampered or missing seals

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear images or videos (if applicable)

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by Dipan Herbals only if the issue is from our side

  • In all other cases, return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI

6. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, customers may opt for:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability)

Replacement requests will be processed after verification of the returned item.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted

  • Prepaid order refunds (if cancelled before dispatch) will be processed within 5–7 business days

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging

  • Do not dispose of the product before approval

Failure to report within the given time frame may result in rejection of the request.

9. No Medical Guarantee Disclaimer

Our products are based on traditional herbal formulations.
Results may vary depending on individual body conditions and lifestyle.

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with product results.
